How do I play?

Hold anywhere and the fish curls up. Pull back (further = stronger) and let go to flop. Tap the moment the fish lands to slap-bounce further; land several in a row for a combo. In water, hold and drag to swim; a quick swipe is a dash.

The chef keeps catching me

Watch for the red circle on the floor: it shows where a chaser is about to grab. Move out of it before it fills. Chefs slip on puddles, spilled oil and the fish’s own wet trail.

The fish is drying out

The water drop at the top left is how wet the fish is. Puddles, buckets, sinks and pet bowls fill it back up.

I can’t hear anything

Check the sound setting in the game’s menu and turn up the media volume. On iPhone in the browser, also check the silent switch.

The web version runs slowly

Close other tabs and use an up-to-date browser. On iPhone, Low Power Mode lowers the frame rate.
